What MANON records
MANON records an externally completed Maker payment, its amount, currency, date, recording Admin and supporting receipt. It does not send money, operate a payout wallet, hold escrow or contact a bank to complete the transfer. The person responsible for making the external payment must separately confirm completion with the relevant financial institution.
Evidence
Only an authorized Operations Admin may record an externally completed payment or a correction. The record includes amount, currency, date, Admin identity and uploaded receipt. Do not upload banking credentials or claim that an uncompleted transfer is paid. Recording or correcting an entry does not transfer money.
History and privacy
Corrections retain the previous audit and require a reason. Bank information and receipt access are restricted to authorized roles and are not exposed to Customers. Staging fixtures must never be represented as real financial records.
