Use the sign-in page for password recovery and confirmation-email resend. Enter credentials only on the official MANON or identity-provider page. Google linking is optional and does not merge separate MANON identities.
Requests and complaints
For a Request, Offer or delivery question, use the relevant discussion so authorized participants can find the history. For a complaint, use the private complaint route and state the outcome you seek. Do not expose private evidence in public profile content. If online payment is unavailable, support cannot bypass that restriction or arrange a MANON checkout charge.
