Maker accounts
Maker onboarding is by invitation. Maker contracting is restricted to people aged 18 or over. Makers can manage profiles and Listings, receive Requests, send Offers and use authorized work and support functions.
Publication and accuracy
Makers must have permission to use profile text, images and designs. Describe materials, sizes, construction, lead times, package measurements and limitations accurately. A profile is public only when the Maker is active and has a published snapshot. Saving a draft does not publish it. Catalogue review is an operational control, not a guarantee of legal compliance or craftsmanship.
Payments and privacy
MANON does not initiate Maker transfers. Authorized Admins record an externally completed amount, date and uploaded receipt with an audit trail. Keep Customer contact information, addresses and private materials within authorized work. Do not treat a demonstration or simulated record as a real payment.
