Information used
MANON uses account identifiers, email, profile and contact information, delivery addresses, Requests, Offers, messages, attachments, complaints, preferences and security events to provide its account and collaboration functions. Do not send passwords, verification codes, bank credentials or unrelated sensitive information in messages.
Who can see information
Customers and Makers can access only their authorized discussions and work. New complaints use separate Customer–MANON and Maker–MANON discussions. Admin-private reasons stay private. Active Makers with published profile snapshots appear publicly; unpublished content remains private.
Account choices
Manage account details and notification preferences in account settings. Google linking is optional and attaches Google only to the signed-in account. A stored delivery phone number is not a verified phone number. Contact support@manonartisans.com about privacy or account closure. These policies do not claim consent or identity verification merely because an account exists.
