72-hour operating rule
MANON’s operating rule provides a 72-hour cancellation period following a confirmed payment. This is a MANON rule, not a claim about a statutory cancellation period. One authorized Admin may end the waiting period early after explicit confirmation and a recorded reason; no second Admin or Customer consent is required. The audit retains the actor, time, affected Order/Piece, previous deadline and reason. The original cancellation deadline and entitlement remain intact. This does not enable Customer payments.
Records and rights
A refund decision or receipt record is not proof that money moved. Internal deadlines, complaint closure and early-start approval do not remove statutory rights. Use private MANON support to raise a problem.
