Service scope
MANON supports artisan discovery, accounts, Requests, Offers, messages and support. Online payment is not currently available. Neither real nor simulated Customer payments are available on the production site. A Request or discussion does not create a paid Order. Purchases and Maker contracting are restricted to people aged 18 or over.
Accounts and security
Use accurate contact details and keep control of your sign-in email. Do not share passwords or verification codes. Optional Google linking attaches an identity only through the signed-in account flow; it does not authorize merging unrelated accounts. Report suspected compromise through the approved support channel. Delivery phone numbers are contact information and are not verified merely because they are stored.
Content and changes
Only submit material you have permission to use. Do not share private messages or complaint evidence publicly. Changes to published policies receive a new version; they do not rewrite recorded acceptance or historical transaction records. These initial policies do not assert a registered company, licence or independent legal approval.
